Do you manage my phone numbers? +
No. You manage your numbers in ServiceTitan and Hiya. CIDSync only keeps your branded caller ID in sync and shows you the status — we never add, remove, or reassign numbers for you.
Is my data safe? +
Your ServiceTitan access is read-only and least-privilege. API credentials are encrypted at rest — we store a fingerprint like ••••1234, never the secret. Syncs run in dry-run by default so you see what would change before anything does.
Which networks are supported? +
At launch, CIDSync supports branded calling through Hiya Connect. Support for additional networks is on our roadmap.
Is there a free trial? +
