Terms of Service

Effective: July 8, 2026

1. The service

CIDSync is a service operated by Last Mile Strategies LLC (“CIDSync,” “we,” or “us”). CIDSync is a synchronization service that reads campaign phone numbers from your ServiceTitan account and registers or updates those numbers in your own Hiya Connect account. ServiceTitan access is read-only. CIDSync is an independent product: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ServiceTitan, Hiya, First Orion, TNS, or any carrier. Your branded-calling service remains governed by your own agreements with those providers. CIDSync does not guarantee answer rates, spam-label removal, carrier treatment, or how any carrier displays your numbers.

2. Your account and credentials

You must supply valid API credentials for your own ServiceTitan and Hiya accounts, and you represent that you are authorized to use those accounts and credentials. Credentials must be entered only through the secure CIDSync dashboard. They are encrypted at rest and used solely to provide your synchronization. You are responsible for the accuracy of your tenant configuration, number ownership, and brand mappings; the dry-run preview exists so you can verify those details before live synchronization applies changes.

3. Trial and subscription

New accounts begin with a 7-day trial in preview mode: the service reads your systems and shows planned changes but writes nothing. A payment card is required at signup as an identity and abuse control. Your conversion date is shown at signup, and a reminder is sent before your first charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts to a paid subscription and live synchronization begins after subscription activation. If a software agent prepares a purchase intent, a named human buyer must still complete checkout and accept these terms. An expired, unconverted trial is treated as a cancellation, including for credential deletion.

4. Fees and billing

Pricing follows the published schedule at cidsync.com/pricing: a base rate for your first ServiceTitan tenant and per-tenant rates for additional tenants, each appearing as a named line on your invoice. Adding a tenant takes effect immediately with proration. Removing a tenant credits unused time immediately; pricing-band changes caused by removals take effect in the following billing cycle. Annual prepayment is billed at ten times the monthly total, or eleven times when a promotion code is active on the account. If you remove a tenant during an annual term, unused value converts to non-expiring account credit. On full account closure, unused prepaid value is refunded pro-rata with elapsed months recalculated at monthly rates, and never results in a balance due. Payments are processed by Stripe; invoices and receipts are available in the billing portal. List-price changes apply at your next renewal with at least 60 days’ notice.

5. Cancellation and offboarding

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal, effective at the end of the current period. On cancellation, synchronization stops. Registrations already created remain in your Hiya account because CIDSync has no deletion path to your Hiya account by design. Your synchronization history remains exportable for 60 days. Stored credentials are deleted within 30 days, or immediately on request.

6. Data

Your data is processed solely to provide the service: no resale, no cross-customer aggregation, and no markup or rebilling of provider fees. How CIDSync collects, uses, retains, and deletes your data is described in our Privacy Policy at cidsync.com/privacy. ServiceTitan, Hiya, Stripe, and other providers process your data under their own terms and privacy practices. Sub-processors, key-management practices, and our 72-hour breach-notification commitment are published at cidsync.com/security. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use CIDSync to register numbers you do not control, to misrepresent caller identity, or in violation of telecommunications regulations, including caller-ID and anti-spoofing rules. We may reject, suspend, or disable synchronization for suspected abuse and will tell you why unless legal, security, or abuse-prevention limits prevent notice.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIDSync disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIDSync’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms with at least 30 days’ notice for material changes, effective at your next renewal unless a change is required sooner by law, security, or third-party provider requirements. Questions: billing@cidsync.com.
