CIDSync is the automation layer between ServiceTitan and Hiya Connect. It reads your tracking numbers (read-only), compares them with your Hiya registrations, and keeps the two matched, previewed first during your trial, then automatically every night once you subscribe.
Connect ServiceTitan + Hiya
In the dashboard, link your own Hiya Connect account and each ServiceTitan tenant. ServiceTitan access is read-only and least-privilege, and saving your Hiya credentials imports every brand you already have, so your mapping vocabulary is loaded before you touch anything else.
Fleet operators add one connector per tenant. The shared App Key auto-fills after the first, so each additional company is about a minute of work.

Every dry-run compares your active ServiceTitan numbers against what’s registered in Hiya and shows the difference in plain language: what would be created, what already matches, and what needs a closer look, filterable by tenant, sortable by status, exportable as CSV.

The backfill registers everything the preview planned. After that, CIDSync runs every night: new tracking numbers get registered, changed ones get updated, and every run lands in your history with notifications for anything that needs you.
Anything odd, like a number that already carries another business’s branding, is flagged for your review instead of written.

What gets synced

What we never touch
- We don’t add, remove, or reassign your phone numbers
- We don’t change anything in ServiceTitan. Access is read-only
- We don’t deliver the caller ID itself. Hiya does, under your agreement, at your rates
- We can’t delete your Hiya registrations. There’s no delete path, by design

Does CIDSync write changes on its own?+
During the trial, never. Trials are preview-only. Once you subscribe, yes: that’s the product. The nightly sync registers new numbers and keeps existing ones current, with brand conflicts flagged instead of written, notifications for anything unusual, and a pause switch in the dashboard.
Which systems does CIDSync support?+
CIDSync is built for trades teams on ServiceTitan, syncing to Hiya Connect today, with First Orion support in development (you can connect your First Orion account now). Other field-service platforms and TNS remain on the roadmap, and we announce those when they ship.
What happens right after I sign up?+
