Connect two accounts. We keep them in sync.
CIDSync sits between ServiceTitan and Hiya as the orchestrator. You manage your numbers where you always have — we make sure your branded caller ID stays current.
Titan
Connect ServiceTitan + Hiya
In the dashboard, you’ll link two accounts. For ServiceTitan, CIDSync requests read-only, least-privilege access — just enough to see your active campaign phone numbers. For Hiya, you paste the API credentials from your Hiya Connect account.
- Credentials are encrypted at rest — we store a fingerprint like ••••1234, never the secret.
- Switch each connection between test and production whenever you want.
We watch your active campaign numbers
CIDSync reads which campaign phone numbers you’re actively using in ServiceTitan and treats that as the source of truth. When you add or retire a number in ServiceTitan, CIDSync notices on the next run — there’s no separate list to maintain.
Nightly auto-sync to Hiya
Every night, CIDSync compares your active numbers against what’s registered in Hiya and applies the difference — registering new numbers for branded calling and keeping existing ones current. You can also trigger a sync on demand from the dashboard.
The result: when your team calls out, customers see your verified business name and call reason instead of a spam warning.
What CIDSync does — and what it leaves alone
What gets synced
- Your active campaign phone numbers from ServiceTitan
- Registration of those numbers in Hiya Connect for branded calling
- Your verified business name and call reason on outbound calls
- Ongoing maintenance so the two stay matched over time
What we never touch
- We don’t add, remove, or reassign your phone numbers
- We don’t change anything in ServiceTitan — access is read-only
- We’re not a phone-number manager— you manage numbers in ServiceTitan & Hiya
- We don’t store your secrets in the clear
Dry-run first. Always.
New syncs run in dry-run mode by default — CIDSync shows you exactly what it would register or update in Hiya, without changing anything. When you’re comfortable, flip to live and let the nightly job take over.
