Pricing questions
Why no free trial? +
CIDSync starts working against your live ServiceTitan and Hiya accounts right away, so we keep it simple: a flat $99/month, cancel anytime. New syncs still run in dry-run by default, so you can verify everything looks right before going live.
Does the price change as I add numbers? +
No. $99/month covers unlimited active numbers — whether you sync 5 or 500.
Do I still need a Hiya account? +
Yes. Branded calling is delivered through Hiya Connect under your own Hiya agreement. CIDSync orchestrates the registration and keeps it in sync — it doesn’t replace Hiya.
How do I cancel? +
From Billing in your dashboard — it opens the Stripe customer portal where you can update payment details or cancel in a couple of clicks.
What about First Orion or TNS? +
At launch CIDSync supports Hiya Connect. Additional networks are on our roadmap and aren’t available yet — we’ll announce them as they ship.
