Branded calling is delivered through Hiya Connect under your own agreement, and CIDSync does not guarantee answer rates, spam-label removal, or how any carrier displays your numbers.
Pricing questions
How does the 7-day trial work? +
The trial is full preview mode: connect ServiceTitan and Hiya, scan your brands, and see the complete plan for every tenant before anything changes. Live sync (the actual registrations) begins when the subscription starts. A card is required as an identity check on live provider access (preview mode already means there’s nothing to freeride); you’ll see your conversion date at signup, get a reminder before the first charge, and can cancel in one click.
What exactly is a “tenant”? +
A ServiceTitan tenant ID: one company’s ServiceTitan instance. That’s the unit of sync work, so it’s the unit of pricing. Hiya connections, phone numbers, campaigns, and brands are unlimited at every size.
What happens when I add or remove a tenant? +
Adding starts immediately, prorated for the current cycle: no re-quote, no sales call. Removing credits the unused time immediately; if removals change which price band your tenants sit in, that takes effect at the next cycle, never retroactively, and you see a preview first.
How does annual prepay work? +
Annual is 10× your monthly total (two months free) and it’s always your explicit choice (monthly is the default). Removing tenants mid-year turns unused value into credit that never expires. Closing the account entirely gets a pro-rata refund recalculated at monthly rates, never a balance due. Using a promo code? Prepay then gives 1 month free instead of 2: discounts meet, they don’t multiply.
What happens if I cancel? +
Syncing stops, and everything CIDSync registered stays yours. The engine has no delete path to your Hiya account by design. Your sync history stays exportable (CSV) for 60 days, and stored credentials are deleted within 30 days, or immediately on request. There’s nothing to migrate off.
Do I still need a Hiya account? +
Yes. Branded calling is delivered through Hiya Connect under your own Hiya agreement. CIDSync orchestrates the registration and keeps it in sync. It doesn’t replace Hiya, and it never marks up or rebills provider fees.
