Privacy policy

Last updated June 1, 2026. This summary describes what CIDSync collects, how we use it, and your choices. It’s written plainly on purpose.

The short version

We access only your active phone numbers in ServiceTitan (read-only) and your Hiya registration state. We encrypt your credentials and never sell your data. You can disconnect or delete your account at any time.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your email address and, optionally, your company name, used for sign-in, billing, and notifications.
  • Connection data — API credentials for ServiceTitan and Hiya, stored encrypted and used only to perform syncs on your behalf.
  • Operational data — your active campaign phone numbers and their Hiya registration state, plus sync logs (timestamps, mode, planned/applied counts, status).
  • Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the app is used so we can improve it.

2. How we use it

  • To keep your branded caller ID registered and current in Hiya Connect.
  • To show you connection status, sync history, and notifications.
  • To process your $99/month subscription via our payment processor.
  • To provide support and send service-related messages.

3. What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
  • We don’t access call recordings, customer records, or job details in ServiceTitan.
  • We don’t write to or modify your ServiceTitan account — access is read-only.
  • We don’t display your API secrets after entry; only an encrypted fingerprint is shown.

4. How we share information

We share data only with the service providers needed to run CIDSync — for example, Hiya (to register your numbers), our cloud hosting provider, and our payment processor (Stripe). Each receives only what’s necessary. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Data security

Credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access within CIDSync is least-privilege, and syncs default to dry-run so changes are deliberate. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of any incident affecting it.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and connection data while your subscription is active. If you disconnect an integration or close your account, we delete the associated credentials and stop processing your numbers. Sync logs may be retained for a limited period for support and audit purposes.

7. Your choices

  • Disconnect ServiceTitan or Hiya at any time from Connections.
  • Cancel your subscription from Billing.
  • Request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
