Ten brands. Ten ServiceTitan tenants. One caller-ID operation.
CIDSync turns many ServiceTitan tenants into one fleet operation: one dashboard, a connector per tenant, and every number mapped to the right brand.
Every brand dials fast from fresh numbers, so speed across ten brands is ten times the spam risk. One dashboard keeps all of it known.
The problems that only show up past one brand.
A connector per tenant
Each ServiceTitan tenant gets its own named credential and its own sync source, added in one form. Adding brand number eleven works exactly like adding brand number two: no re-quote, no sales call, no plan change.
Brands never bleed
Every tenant maps to its own caller-ID brand. If a number already carries a different brand (a co-brand program, a shared line), CIDSync flags it for your review instead of overwriting it. By design, the engine will not rebrand across businesses without an explicit rule from you.
Legible at fleet scale
The preview filters by connector, so one operator can review one brand’s plan at a time across hundreds of numbers. The whole estate fits in one dashboard, not a team’s worth of tabs. Every run is recorded per tenant: an audit trail your operators and your diligence teams can both read.
What onboarding a fleet actually takes
- Per tenant: one form (a name, ServiceTitan credentials, the tenant ID) and a brand picked from a dropdown; a new tenant is typically syncing the same day
- Connecting your caller-ID account imports your existing brands automatically, so mapping is selection, not data entry
- A dry run then shows the full per-brand plan (matched numbers, missing numbers, anything conflicting) before you enable a single write
- Evaluating across many brands takes longer than a 7-day window? Fleet pilots are sales-arranged: buying never needs the call, but evaluating a large estate sometimes does. Talk to us
Onboarding is the easy part. The point is what runs after.
Drift is a nightly problem, not a quarterly one
A marketer at brand seven spins up new campaign numbers on a Tuesday; the nightly sync catches them across every tenant without anyone filing a ticket. Run it on demand, or as a dry run, any time you want to look first.
Blast radius of one
Each tenant’s credential is stored encrypted and scoped to that tenant. Rotate or revoke one without touching the other twenty. ServiceTitan access is read-only, staff only ever see fingerprints, and the details live on our security page.
One network, stated plainly
CIDSync syncs to Hiya Connect at launch, under your own Hiya agreement. We never mark up or rebill provider fees. Other networks are on the roadmap and we’ll say so when they ship, not before. Questions get a human answer within one business day.
Gets cheaper as you grow. On purpose.
First tenant $99/month, tenants two through ten $29 each, every tenant past ten $19. The same published schedule for everyone, with each brand as its own named line on the invoice. Past ten, every acquisition is a +$19/month line item, not a renegotiation, and there is no fleet ceiling and no “contact us” tier hiding above the schedule. Annual prepay takes two months off the total.
First tenant $99 · tenants 2-10 at $29 · every tenant past ten at $19. Same published math for everyone.
Each named line lands on the right brand’s P&L without allocation gymnastics. Sending this to finance? The invoice and proration mechanics are laid out for them on the finance leaders page.
What ops leaders ask first
We acquire companies constantly. What’s the marginal work? +
One connector form and a brand selection per acquired ServiceTitan tenant: one line on the post-close integration checklist. Billing picks it up automatically as a prorated named line; the nightly sync covers it from the first run. No plan changes, no sales contact.
Some of our numbers carry co-brands. Does that break? +
No, it’s the case we built guardrails for. Numbers already branded to a different business are flagged as conflicts for explicit review, never silently rebranded. You resolve intent once with an override rule, and the fleet plan stays clean after that.
Couldn’t we just script this against the APIs? +
You could. Plenty of platforms start there. The script works until brand eleven, the first co-branded number, the first auditor, or the week its author leaves. What you’re buying here is the maintained version: brand-conflict guardrails nobody has to remember, dry-run previews on demand, a per-tenant audit trail, and an invoice that explains itself.
What does divesting a brand do to our bill? +
Removing a tenant credits its unused time immediately. If the removal shifts which price band your remaining tenants sit in, that applies from the next cycle, never retroactively, and you see a preview before confirming.
Who can see our credentials? +
Nobody, including us. Credentials are encrypted at rest and only the sync runtime can use them; staff and dashboards only ever see fingerprints. ServiceTitan access is read-only, and writes go only to your own caller-ID account.
What if we exit the platform, or sell it? +
Cancel and syncing stops; everything CIDSync registered stays in your Hiya account, because the engine has no delete path to Hiya by design. Sync history stays exportable as CSV for 60 days, and stored credentials are deleted within 30 days, immediately on request. There is nothing to migrate off.
Our integration work runs through an outside consultancy. +
That works. Anyone you authorize can stand up connectors, and everyone buys at the same published schedule; there’s no partner pricing or reseller margin today. The upside of published math: a consultancy can scope a client’s cost to the dollar without asking us. If you’re a firm doing this for several platforms, talk to us.
Run caller ID like the rest of your fleet ops.
The 7-day trial runs in preview mode (card required): every brand, every number, every planned change visible before anything goes live.
