Why should I believe this does anything? +
Don’t believe it. Watch it. The 7-day trial shows you the full plan for your own numbers against your own Hiya account before anything changes. If the preview finds nothing worth fixing, cancel from the portal and you’ve paid nothing.
Can’t I just do this myself in Hiya’s portal? +
Yes. Every number CIDSync registers, you could register by hand in your own Hiya account, and if your numbers never change, do exactly that and skip us. CIDSync earns its $99 the month somebody adds a tracking number and nobody remembers the registry. The nightly check is the product: it doesn’t forget, and it writes down everything it did.
Why is a card required for the trial? +
Identity, not a gotcha. The trial connects to live provider APIs, so we ask for a card as an abuse check. You see your conversion date at signup, you get a reminder before the first charge, and you can cancel anytime, two clicks in the portal. Nothing syncs live until the subscription starts.
Do I still need my Hiya account? +
Yes. Branded calling stays under your own Hiya agreement, at your own rates. CIDSync never marks up or rebills provider fees. It’s the sync layer, priced like the tool it is.
What happens when I open a second location? +
The same published schedule everyone gets: your first ServiceTitan tenant is $99/month, tenants two through ten are $29 each, and eleven and up are $19. Adding one starts immediately, prorated, with no sales call and no re-quote. If an agency manages your ServiceTitan, they buy at the same published prices.
What if I sell the business or switch platforms? +
Cancel any time. Registrations stay in your Hiya account exactly as they stand, your sync history exports to CSV, and your stored credentials are deleted within 30 days, immediately if you ask.
